HANNAH GREEN, PMHNP

Hannah is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, comprehensive, evidence-based mental health care. She practices from a holistic, patient-centered philosophy that recognizes the close connection between mental and physical health.

Hannah treats a broad range of mental health conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, ADHD, and substance use disorders. She is a certified specialist in perinatal mental health and brings both professional expertise and personal insight into the unique emotional challenges associated with pregnancy and the postpartum period. She is also deeply committed to providing affirming, inclusive care to individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.

In addition to her clinical work, Hannah serves as the Advanced Practice Team Lead for our practice. In this leadership role, she mentors and supports fellow nurse practitioners, provides clinical guidance, and contributes to maintaining high standards of patient care across the organization.

Hannah earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, graduating with honors. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Azusa Pacific University and previously attended the University of California, Davis, where she earned a double major in Psychology and Music. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Hannah spent seven years working as a Registered Nurse, primarily with psychiatric and high-risk antepartum and postpartum populations.

She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. Hannah sees patients ages 13 to 65 and is based out of our Austin office.
