If you're new to integrative medicine, it's an evidence-based approach that centers on gentle medication management, exercise and nutritional psychiatry, focused psychotherapy, and lifestyle modifications for supporting optimal mental health. While most of our patients see us for medication management, we try not to over prescribe. We are credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna making us one of just a few integrative mental health clinics that accepts private health insurance. The majority of our patients use their insurance to work with us. We are currently only able to offer clinical services for patients residing in the state of Texas.
